Being Out of Integrity
Being out of integrity is a very specific thing, and we can feel it. If you're finding yourself drinking too much, taking too many drugs, having too much reckless sex - these are all things that i was doing when i was at the height of being out of integrity with myself. It's because i was hiding away from myself. I was in so much pain that fragmenting myself felt like the most honest state to be in. But the reality is that i was extremely out of integrity. So those external signs, the drinking, the drugging, the sex, the men, the partying, and not being able to stay in jobs, were signals that should have showed me
