Are You Good at Delegation?

Seven of you raised your hand when i ask the question, are you good at delegation? That's interesting. At means a lot of you don't think yo're good at it. You can still be a maniacal control freak andne not do all the work. But you've got to trust that others can help. What would you do if you had two more hours a day to do something that you love because you took something and gave it to some one else? It's not a no work task to delegate to someone. Elseyou got to watch it, and if you're the man or responsible, you got to measure an you got to do all these sorts of things.
