I have a problem with falling off of motor cycles. You generally prefer to bench with your humerus in its socket. As it turns out, dislocating both upper extremities within the last calendar year has not been great for my bench. And then I think I could bench the bar at like four days post-dislocation and then it was like 60 kilos at the end of a week.
