Are You Looking for More of a Challenge in Teaching?

Do you see yourself drawn more towards the teacher training, materials development side, or more towards the management side? I don't think i'm creative enough to go down materials development side. Being truthfu so narrow as teiye, but i like teacher training, i do. But alsoi also like management, cause i am quite an organized person and i imi quite like m doing projects, you know. An, ok, something to do, and let's get organized.
