The Power of Vulnerability

Sally Kohn: There is such power in vulnerability and having to see okay I have this fear of judgment but I'm going to deliberately choose to be a little bit vulnerable show these people or someone a little bit of myself. She says the more you do it in those safe environments with people who are going to hold you up that's what's going to build that muscle so eventually you get to that place where you're like yeah do zooms all the time because she sees it every time.
