I'm over my last ayahuasca session just in March and it was probably this was my ninth ceremony which is a little overkill at this point. I didn't get many insights on my last ceremony because there was like stop coming here stop coming to the medicine we're not going to solve all your problems. You now have the tools to maneuver those experiences right, so that was a big takeaway for me. It's about finding calm in your body doing what you need to give yourself that freedom"
