How to Get a Junior Golfer Back on Track
Golf is a strange, one sided, twisty, turny, crunchy sport that we play. Without those three things, then your a risk of injury in this game. The first thing is getting their posture back to a position that's relatively neutral. Can you stand up straight and gin yourself to the ball in an athletic way? Then once they've got a really good mastery of those different movements, which pactically lay the foundation for for strength and conditioning, we start to load them. We're not trying to develop a top level gulfer at the expense of their physical health in the long term. And so we've got responsibility to build, or help develop, a robust
