Change Is Inevitable
Change is hard. It's energetically expensive. The body and your brain would like to keep things the same at equilibrium because we are always conserving energy in the case of something like this. Change only happens when absolutely forced to act by a stressor. If you're going to work to create positive change that stresses the system in a positive way, you're trying to create positive growth. That's what we're looking for. Next Sunday I'll introduce the S stands for Shoulds method which will help us get out of our slump.
