I think that it depends on what your goals are. Like if your goal is to provide a little bit of value to a lot of people, then scale might be the right way to do it. I actually think that some of the most valuable communities out there are not fully, fully scaled. People want a sense of belonging and oftentimes intimacy drives that sense of belonging. And maybe when there's 10,000 more people in there, that person that made the place so special in the first place won't really want to participate much.
