The tenant retains control. Snow removal 24 seven, they do it. If they close from two to six am or five am, they do that. It's just the same as if they own it. What if we didn't maintain the landscaping and it looked bad? So we try to overcome all the objections to doing it, which is what I was doing back in those days.
