Seed Oils - Are They Really Bad for You?

The overwhelming majority s fic opinion is that polly unsaturated fats, within reason, are good for you. Most of us would be healthier if we replaced some of the saturated fat in our diet with polly un saturated fat. Ironically, the fact that they are mostly poly un saturated fats is also the primary scientific argument in favor of eating seed oils.
