Machine Gambling and Self-Destruction

People speak about it in these terms that they're trying to end themselves when they really get into this they say things like winning can disappoint me the reason being that winning gets in the way of liquidation. People are creating excuses to gamble people are economizing they don't buy as much stuff to eat for example so that they can instead use that money in the machines because they want this experience. It almost seems like the self-destruction is secondary to just being inside that flow state but this destructive really dark flow state I want to take another quote from the end of this chapter to serve as another example that sort of case study or looking at individuals it's entitled machine life.
