The Importance of Climbing
I was living down in Cambridge and did not want to uproot my entire life to move to Coventry at the time. The business case was there and eventually I acquiesced, but basically you just didn't want to move to coventry. And I disagreed massively actually for quite quite some time. But that's history. We ended up going Coventry instead of Southampton or Portsmouth. It was actually the first place that returned us the right building. You know, I was calling state agents all over the country.
