The One True Act of Worship
Worship is this giving back of ourselves to God from whom we came. Jesus, because he's both God and man, is the only one who can offer perfect worship to the Father. He makes that self gift on our behalf to save us from our sins so that now we can offer true worship. And when we give this to the Father, what does he do? He gives us back the life of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament,. which comes to live in us so that we can now continue to live this life in the world.
