Dealing With Disagreements
When you're upset and angry, it's the best time to create a process for dealing with disagreements. The way that you avoid making things personal is you have to figure out way of communicating with another in a way that will not be threatening. So when some observation, or having an evaluation verses someone who wants to cling are all very tricky. And so what you want to do is start anchoring your disagreement by doing something concrete - like taking a nap before deciding on how to deal with it.
