Nomadic Hunters Are Pre Signifying and Signifying

Nomadic hunters are pre signifying because they just seem to do whatever the land dictates. They don't seem to have an order that necessarily is potentiated by language, by signification. Whereas under the signifying regime with the despot there were all of these kinds of chains of signification organized around the despot. Now in the post signifying regime, we have internalized power to the point that we limit ourselves. And this mobilizes the war machine, which we'll get into in a quite a few chapters.
