What Is the Stereotype of a Jerk Boss?
When you're in a situation that you've never faced before and you're feeling really emotional, you often opt to do actions that you would just normally do. It seems kind of, i don't know this guy, i assume at least part of it is just, like, not well thought through. And it reminds me of the a conversation we had a couple weeks ago about how, like, emotions like compassion or ympathy when taken too far, can like produce a bad result.
