How to Look for Moles on Your Face and Neck
Keep a mental note of what some of my moles look like in addition to my regular checkups doctor. If any looks suspicious or if they're in an odd spot, you know, it could be something you can follow up with a doctor on. I have had skin biopsies too because doctors or my dermatologists have been like, hmm, this is a little interesting or regular looking and thankfully I'll have come back negative.
