The Darknet Parliament Threat
The term darknet parliament was just invented on Friday by pro-Russian hacking group kill net. They introduced the phrase in one of their telegram threat posts. The post referred to a previous threat by kill net made about 24 hours earlier that decided to go after the European baking system starting Friday. And they were going to get help from their other fellow pro Russian hacking groups, anonymous Sudan.
