I think once you go from unconsciously incompetent to a skill to unconsciously competent as you take the ideas that are baked into that and get more skilled at using it, you don't need to say it exactly like that. But I think it's generally going to be way better than how most people deliver feedback when they try to do it wing it, you know. Where you add on unsolicited feedback? I'm fine with it again because, you know, so one of the big things about feedback in different ways like feedback is a gift. It does demonstrate that there's enough trust that someone's willing to tell you something that might be uncomfortable.
