Anti-Bias Isn't Something You Decide to Do, Right?
Harvard has these implicit bias tests, which millions of people have taken. And what they found was that anti-fat bias was significantly on the rise. About 80% of us have bias against fat people and in favor of thin people. Fat people are regularly fired or denied jobs altogether because we're not the image of the company.
