The Australian Financial Review's Annual ESG Summit

The full judgement of Ben Robert Smith's defamation case has been released four days after the result was delivered in court. Justice Anthony Paseco had only provided a summary judgement last week due to a last minute request from the Commonwealth before its public release. In it, Justice Paseco writes that Ben Robert Smith and various witnesses he called were not honest or reliable. The Australian Financial Review held its annual ESG Summit yesterday. One of the more interesting discussions came from ASIC Chairman Joe Longo who said his regulator is concerned about greenwashing claims.
