Is America the Leader in the Software Business?

Congress is so happy with ABs because America is leading in it. The problem, though, is that made for autonomous vehicles, what's made in America is the software. It's not made by blue collar guys stamping out highly automated vehicles in a plant. But again, it's going to then be a small number of companies in a highly profitable software based industry.
