Do You Want to Retire Early?
Our f i number would be two million. But given i'd go crazy without the structure of a job long term, i don't want to fully retire early. So i'm thinking the main goals we have are using the power of compound interest to prefund our retirement and our child's college. We've saved a hundred, 90 k and ri tirement accounts in a 100 k in a taxible brokerage towards retirement. As we're 33, by my estimates, we're only about 60 k away from reaching coast fire in the next year or two,. where we wouldn't need to save any more to fund traditional retirement.
