The Importance of Heaven

Pints With Jack looks at the spiritual journey of a person and how it can be easy to think that we've made it but man it must have been tough. When people look back on their own journeys they see some of their lowest moments and are almost grateful for them because it brought them to the Lord. Lewis offers us thanks to a science fiction writer who gave him the idea of this unbendable quality of heaven which we're going to encounter in the upcoming chapters. He's not speculating about the afterlife he is just using this story to help us see what sin does to us  in particular the choices that we make which either help transform us into a heavenly creature or a hell
