Taking a Step Away From Open Source
johnny: It took about two and a half months for me to have two things, millions of dollars in the table from a venture capital firm wanting to make it into a real, paid product. So that point, i decided to walk away from both tables. I've given heproject some thought, and i've given the crane maintainers some sort of like ideason where i think the project might be beneficial in the future. But fundamentally, it's no longer my project. It's other people who own it. And you know, i am completely happy for them to take it to wherever they wanted to go.
