The Importance of Investing for Cash Flow
Most property investors fail they never achieve the financial freedom they want to and it's in part because they're following the wrong strategy. Many of them are actually investing for cash flow but this way given the long-term results they're hoping for that only comes from building a substantial asset base. Metropole managers close to two billion dollars worth of property assets on behalf of their clients so what we're able to do we'll see how many clients own one two three six more properties.
