If you're really hungry to get a job, a great job in this field, they're the only thing stopping you is yourself. And particularly around the MBA thing, I think you can progress really, really far as a designer without anything like an MBA. There's a whole new generation of MBAs at a design driven, places like D school which basically teaches you a design driven MBA
