The Importance of Communication in Operations

So much of operations work is about the people. So many problems are communication problems and people problems if not the whole problem yeah. Also, you know you've mentioned being part of this, you know, larger Oregon as head of design ops at Atlassian. I'm guessing you lead a team which is a bit different than owning design ops as an individual contributor at a smaller organization so curious to hear what your team looks like and you know who you work closest with the work.
