The Origins of Mustard

Mustard comes from the actual combination of the mustard and the odd. It was originally prepared with grape must, which is grape juice before or during fermentation. So we kind of took the odd bit and then had the sort of mood become must. I start with condiments with salt and pepper. Whether they are condiments or not, I call them condiments. Salt goes back to the Latin because for the Romans, it was particularly useful. But also it's related to the German salt, old Saxon salt.
