I think when you do these one-off bailouts, you're going to get those kinds of suspicions. You've got to go to Congress, as sure as I can tell. There's some favoritism. It hurts people's public confidence in regulators and regulatory decision-makingwhen they pick and choose. We had the same problem during the great financial crisis. If you really feel you have to do them, do them for everybody.
