S mon: Be a first class noticer. When you notice things, it's different than looking, watching and seeing. People get wrapped up in the idea that working for someone else will give them fulfilment. And so why aren't we helping people understand themselves first? S mon: Have some kind of epiphany to wake everyone up from their own slumber. It can be such as financial enlightenment or some kind of nouveau riche awakening.
