Retail is changing, and has been changing for a long time. And vast buildings lie empty in their light - the shipwrecks of the high street. But we've got a fantastic opportunity now, which has been accelerated by the pandamic. I'm interested in looking at the typology of the department store in inner high street because typically, its deep plan, it has very limited daylight,. Often a spectacular atria but all of this makes it veryi empty. Take the debenhams model, ahaso fraser, it makes it very problematic to purpose that building without extensive demolition. So i'm interested in seeing if we can't re purpose a building like that
