Is It a Duplication of What We See Through the Eyeballs?

We definitely have humans who are wearing artificial eyes and artificial ears. I don't believe we've actually built any artificial noses or ears yet. So I mean, yeah, given an artificial tongue, people see with artificial eyes and hair with artificial ears that doesn't make the seeing or the hearing less real. They feel with artificial tongues?
