Is Hegel's Absolute Idealism a Materialist Position?

The main critique of Marxism is that it has to be anti essential in his way to actualize its own ideological superstructures, because the material bases have changed. This is this is being a true Marxist today, according to me. You know, he believes that Marxism is is truer than true. And he's just sticking to this very dogmatic position. He says what actually distinguishes idealism from materialism is its affirmation of the ultimate conceptual character of the real.
