Palau Rupert: A New Building
Baguem Passettia Gracia was created 200 years ago. The street is famous for its grand mansions, but also has some goody as well. Recently we visited the Palau Rupert, a new cultural center on the street. Yva Pumaares, an outreach official tells us how she feels lucky to be able to work in this place.
