How Do We Get Out of a Security Dilemma?

CNN's John Defterios and Kelly Wallace sit down to talk about the U.S.-China relationship. They ask: How does one get out of a security dilemma given, I mean, just looking at this, this seems so damn entrenched? Is there some point at which if the two sides actually do a little bit of selective decoupling, that can actually reduce some of the security concerns? And what are the areas in which it is still possible to have mutual trust and cooperation?
