There was a profound moment right after 9-11 in the United States. People were taking time to stop and literally roll down their windows and hand a homeless something. And then George Bush does his famous speech of basically buy a car. Like get back to normal. Let's go buy a car and it literally spends. This is like Pharaoh's moment because right in that moment there is a true repenting heart in the nation.
