This chapter discusses how implementing a token system helped reduce screen time and increase reading among a group of individuals. By opening a book for 30 minutes, individuals naturally wanted to keep reading, leading to a significant increase in reading time. The token system created a positive culture around screen time and reading, bringing order and reducing the constant need for approval for more screen time.
