Are We All Just Doing Our Jobs?

All of us have encountered people who are there just doing their jobs, and they're because they really find some deeper meaning in their jobs. And i feel like all of us have these experiences, and when we come in contact with these people, we feel like we are now in touch with the higher purpose of what this organization is supposed to be about. I think that's very well put, very well said, and i completely agree. The line of research i was involved in that led to this study am originally started with exactly this question: How do people who are doing same job but see it in radically different terms?
