How to Bring Sustainability Into Your Daily Work
There's always an environmental layer to every single decision that is being made it starts with the design but then it goes into the production. What has been really interesting to observe in some of our client cases is that they would put an empty chair in a meeting room and they would say this is nature. It might seem a little bit surprising because you might think okay but what is a product manager to do why should they consider that? The first step is maybe putting the chair there the second step is probably having the possibility to translate this kind of stakeholder that is put on the table with KPIs.
