Is the Pentagon a Civil War?

The notion that it's less likely because it doesn't have like, formal police backing is really silly. Police forces in the united states are extremely politicized and have more than enough power to carry out a counter insurgency campaign nation wide. And as long as the us Milit didn't step in, and why would they? Like, the cops are willing and able to do the civil warring for the government. Why do you think they have all those tanks? You know?
