The Importance of Tolerance

No matter what system you put in front of you, you will find a way of doing it. People want to do what's important for them and their work. And our brains are amazing. We can learn to do very complicated stuff. But when it comes to the administrative things that we're also supposed to do, our tolerance is extremely low. So if you want people to actually do the things like using the document, management systems, they have to be beeping. Because otherwise people will find ways to circumnavigate them.
