Sartre's notion of anguish is different than hidegers because it's not pre ontological so therefore there's no kind of mystical shell about it right in that sense you can see his Cartesian rationalism already as opposed to as opposed to Heidegger in many ways. In my book I'll also talk about why psychoanalysis is probably a bit too housed within these unconscious mechanisms ego super ego id lacon brings his own structural framework there which for Sartre is problematic. Even within a psychotic patient it is possible to drill down to discover their illness in a series of choices which have been covered over and are obscure to them but are accessible to them.
