How Do You Feel as a Founder When You've Got 50 Employees?

How do you plan a try to course for your life once you've already achieved like this level of success? I want to build a great culture where all the people who work here feel like they were able to be part of something special is actually for me more my personal mission. We don't really worry about the zeros too much as long as we're making more money than we're spending it's not like that.
