How Do You Delegate People to Product Owners?
i think we'll always be a product led team, like, that's what we as the founders know. We hire people to be owners in their areas and really trusting them is another challenge. I'm not an expert at paid advertisement so i should be ok with letting them have that even though they're handling our money. The metrixs ithing doesn't think that we are now transitiong and learning more about e if you have metrics in place, no a heap's people accountable. So i tak o a, like we try to hire experts in maybe specific areas and not, you know, i'm an expert at everything.
