Getting 10 Million YouTube Short Views in 90 Days?

YouTube just introduced a new tier to the partner program for short creator. If you're able to have 1000 subscribers and 10 million views within 90 days, you will be eligible in February of 2023. Viper gets 4,000 hours of watch time a day on our channel, but we have about 400,000 shorts views per month. We would be nowhere near the monetization requirements for shorts.
