What Do You Do With Them?

Every country has their own hordes of poor, sick, mentally ill, insane, crazy people. You can't exclude them. Where are you going to put them? Are you going to kick them out of your country to some other country? Well, that other country won't take them. So it's not going to work. What does society or government as a whole, do with poor people, disabled people, sick people,crazy people, deluded people, psychopads, sociopads, scitzophrenics, fundamentalists, criminals, terrorists, insurgents?"
