Can Cryptocurrency Really Be Used for Sanctions?

In many cases, the imposition of sanctions against individuals that haven't contacted brutton for 15 years or ten years is not as clear. In fact, very few of the oligarchs actually manage to get their acids frozen, because their lawyers successfully argued that these sanctions against make no sense. But i think coming back to where i see it's high in with crypto, is that crypto absolutely can be used for sanctions, just like cash can and porvading sanctions,. Just like the innernet can, just like anything can. And i always say that if some is useful for people, then it must necessarily be useful for criminals, because criminals are people.
