How to Scale Your Habits

I always encourage people to be honest but experiment with what they are trying to do and just notice the outcomes. I call that my rule of three. The first time you did it, it was an accident. The second time you didIt, it was a coincidence. The third time you didit, it is a pattern. Do you want that pattern? Is that the whole point of just developing a pattern that is getting you nowhere? Come on. It is like, how is that working for you? You need to respect your own. Everybody does. If you have any hoarding vulnerabilities, you have any experience with repeated clutter. That just sparks joy. Every single thing sparks joy.
